But if you think about it, it’s pretty simple. To co-create a policy, a product, a service, a space or a system, you need two things: people and a vision.
And that’s exactly what we work on: getting people to take part into the processes that matter to them, and getting them to build collective visions within those processes.
Co-creating the present
We activate and facilitate participatory processes where people within public and private organisations, communities and institutions can take part in building better systems, for themselves and others.

We build collective visions for the future of systems and industries by bringing together its multiple actors, and leveraging their knowledge through participatory methodologies.

We explore, experiment and play with a variety of methods coming from the social sciences, art, design and media.
We know that each participatory process is different. That’s why we work closely with everyone involved to craft a tailored approach that is unique to each project.
Design
We think of design as a powerful force for change: the fundamental human capacity to bring to life what we have previously imagined. Our work draws on a variety of design methods — from design thinking and service design, all the way to the most cutting-edge methods in participatory, speculative and future-oriented design.
Storytelling
We believe in the power of storytelling: it is through stories that humans make sense of the world, learn and evolve. Through storytelling methods such as photovoice and impact storytelling, we facilitate a collective exercise of sense-making of existing realities as well as envisioning alternatives for the future.
Community
We know that is not enough for people to come together for real transformation to happen: quite the opposite, the conditions for meaningful participation need to be carefully created. We curate spaces that are purposefully built to facilitate enriching interactions, encourage respectful listening and promote mutual understanding and trust.
